Works well. Only very minor complaint was that only the large size ear pieces were included with the headphones - not sure why they didn't include the smaller sizes. Unfortunately they are a little too big for my ears so the sound is not as good as it could have been had they included the option to go with a smaller size. The battery life last for about 3 or 4 hour long gym sessions for me, which fine for me. It recharges pretty fast. The blue tooth syncs to my iphone very quickly. **Update** warning to buyers purchasing the refurbished product - make sure the seller is giving you all the accessories that come standard with earphones. I only received the headphones and the USB charger cord - charger, multiple sized ear bud/gels, and the case were not included with mine. Had to spend another $20 for the bud/gels accessory pack so I could get the correct size for my ears. Otherwise, great product so far.

Sound and fit are amazing. Love the heart rate monitor built in. However battery life is not what is marketed. As well this is my second pair in 7 months because the battery died with a well known issue. One day it worked.. next battery wouldn't hold a charge. Jabra support is useless.
I keep buying them though cause I need the HRM part. Don't want one strapped across my chest. These are they only ones built-in to a headset where they are not clunky.

These headphone are good for smaller sized ears, specifically if you find Apple headphones too large. The charging on this set is buggy and seems to not charge even if the light is lit up. A note of caution, you MUST pair up both sides of the headphones in order to get the stereo effect. The sound is pretty good but this is by no means a set you you give an audiophile, but is loud and clear - just no bass response.

I purchased 2. I used the first set for 2 months and then it began having static feedback in the right ear. Next day it would no longer charge. I started using the second one, after getting the software updated. They didn't even last a week. I contacted Jabra and they said "We regret to inform you that Blutek Inc, is not an authorized reseller of Jabra products and the device is listed as refurbished. As such, their product is considered “used”, and the warranty applies only to the original purchase from an authorized reseller.

By using authorized resellers, Jabra is able to monitor and circulate inventory as necessary, and avoid older products remaining on the shelves.

Unfortunately, your only recourse is to contact the seller, depending on their policies."
