I bought these shoes to do CrossFit in. The first time I wore them I ran in them and they were extremely comfortable. They have great cushioning yet feel firm enough to give good support for my flat feet. I bought the pink ones because to be honest they were by far the cheapest even though I wasn’t crazy about how flashy they looked. When they were delivered they were not as flashy as I was expecting. I would happily wear them out to run errands without a second thought. I definitely will buy these again when I need another pair of shoes to workout in! Definitely recommend and they were a great price for workout shoes!

It does have a slight arch, which almost seems too small or maybe just in the wrong place for my foot. I'm wearing it around for a few days to see how it works. This was recommended online for dance and step aerobics, and it has a different feel compared to my Brooks. Still unsure if it is supposed to have a different fit.

Ryka, for some reason, is the best for my foot type. Was having problems with my heal during my gym workouts; figured I needed some extra stability and cushioning, these sneakers did the trick for me.

I, at first, ordered a regular width size 8, but my big toe nail was trying to poke its way out of the mesh. Returning the 8 was made easy by Amazon. I figured I'd then try out an 8 W, they are working out just fine.
Extremely comfortable sneaker for my needs. Would buy another pair, but the color I like isn't avail. in my size :(

Holy smokes - my Arches are SINGING!

First, I have Plantar fasciitis and MS. I’m a heavy hot mess. I need to walk daily but shoes have absolutely let me down - constant pressure & pain which leads to back pain and then 1-2 weeks of me trying to recover so I can begin daily walks again. I have tried probably 40-50 different shoe types/brands and just haven’t had success. Incredibly frustrating, to say the least.
Read a little article on “best arch support shoes” and these popped up on the list. Came to Amazon to snag a pair. Pleasantly surprised to find them at a reasonable price!
Received them today. The sole of the shoes (the whole shoe, really) seem to be well made and durable. I’m coming off an MS flare and have been struggling for the last 3 days to just get around the house. I slapped these shoes on and walked around inside the house. I was scared at first because they feel super lightweight and the inside is a bit firm. But I wanted to give them a go.

10 minutes in, I noticed my heel wasn’t as sore (massive win). 30 mins in, my lower back felt a little better (probably because I wasn’t compensating for the sore heel). Fast forward to 2+ hours in and my feet don’t hurt at all.
I don’t know who made these or how or what magic they poured into them but THANK YOU. It’s so refreshing and freeing to put shoes on and have them be supportive, comfortable, and to help my feet not hurt. I honestly wish I could better convey how monumental this is. People who don’t hurt will not understand how massive a deal this is. I have kids and the prospect of not hurting when I walk is freeing. It means we can go and do things. Over and over again, thank you!

Very Short Length - Otherwise, Great Shoes

I will admit to being a total fitness novice - due to a back injury, I've been very sedentary for almost 20 years. I decided I've got to start doing something, so I've started walking and exercising to some videos (PiYo and zumba). After a lot of searching, these are the shoes I chose.

I'm impressed with how comfortable they are - I really like them. That said, they run short. I am pretty consistent size-wise, even across different brands. The toe box in these is short and uncomfortable. I had originally gotten them just to work out in the house, but when I needed shoes to go for a walk, I grabbed these. MISTAKE! After only a few yards I figured out that these were short. They feel great everywhere else, but when shoes are pinching your toes, little else matters. I should mention I struggle with ingrown toe nails on both big toes - getting pedicures and making sure there is plenty of room in the toe area of my shoes has kept those painful ingrown nails at bay. I also battle neuropathy - which is not aggravated by these shoes (except that toe area). Now the ingrown nails are back, loudly professing their presence. I can't wear any of my shoes without pushing on those obnoxious ingrown areas, so I just dread wearing all shoes right now.

Bottom Line: I like the shoes. I like the style and the colors. I appreciate how they feel nice and cool, like your feet are getting good ventilation. I also like that the weave is tight enough to keep my feet pretty dry when I (unexpectedly) walk through snow piles. Decent arch support. The only problem I have with these shoes is that they are short. Which is a big problem. I purchased size 11 and they fit more like a 10. I wish I would have gotten a 12, I feel the extra size would have been just enough to vastly improve the comfort level. Their comfort is about a 9/10, but that short length brings my rating to a 4/10. Ordering a size up will most likely result in purchasing one of the most comfortable pair of workout shoes you've gotten in a long time. Make the mistake of ordering your usual size and you'll undoubtedly have issues with length - especially if that's an issue you struggle with already. These are so nice looking and comfortable in the rest of the shoe that I'm bummed I can't wear them. Plenty of wiggle room width-wise in the toes...just way too short.
