It's really soft, stretchy material (kind of like Lularoe leggings) The length is great and it's extremely comfortable. The yellow in the dress is a fluorescent yellow, but I love it. I bought it as a spring/Easter dress so I wanted a bright dress. Also, it came really fast! It wasn't due to arrive for another 11 days; it came 2 weeks and 1 day from the date of order.
