These shorts are short enough to stay out of the way without having to adjust at all. They are light enough that I can barely feel them on and they look good. They do get a bit revealing when they are finally soaked all the way through, but by then I'm working so hard in the Bikram yoga class that I don't care! I'm 5'6", 152 and the small size fits like a glove without feeling too tight. I'm definitely going to buy a couple more pair so I can wear them every day in the hot room!

Update after working out in this short: I will be trying the mid thigh version, this pair got even shorter on me because they ride up during workout. Also the fabric is thin and depending on how much you sweat you might want something else with more absorbent capabilities. The cut/fit is perfect for me (XL, 34-36” waist). They are very short with about a 2.5” inseam. I don’t see the point of the jock pouch, just ignore it.

Stitching is flattering on a guys body, assuming you're in pretty decent shape and wear a size appropriate to your body type. Functionality in the hot room is top-notch. Just bought two more pairs (black and charcoal, both in medium) to go with the black pair I bought last week and very happily wore for the first time in class this morning - they felt great and I loved the way I looked and moved in them. Can't recommend these highly enough to serious hot yogis.

I use these for hot vinyasa yoga. I am short and very muscular. 26 inch thighs, 28 inch inseam :( Most shorts that fit on my thighs come to or past my knees and when they get wet they get heavy, stick to my legs, impair my mobility and get dragged down by the waterlog effect. So I wanted shorter shorts that looked more like bikram shorts. These are mint. Super soft and comfy inside. I don't use the elephant trunk pocket in the groin area. They ride up a little in the middle but that is better than falling down. I got the medium length and the shorter length (cross trainer and mid thigh). Both are awesome. I have them in gray and black. You could also use these as pajamas. I would not uses this "cross trainer" for running or anything else besides stuff like yoga or pilates. They don't have a strong elastic or a lot of support. Not designed for more fast, bouncy, jouncy activity. And I definitely would not swim in them unless you are on a nude beach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for yoga - you will not be disappointed. After I tried the first pair, I bought three more pairs. They are my go to short for yoga. I think I also wore them once for a leg workout because the length allows you to see every vein and striation in your quads. Much more comfy than my lulu lemon shorts. Oh one other thing, runs VERY small. I am usually a large or XL and a 3X fits PERFECT in these. They did NOT shrink at all after several wash and dry cycles.
