This seems to be a really good alternative to most HDMI cables I have used.
I am currently using this from a laptop to a mini projector. The main reason I purchased this cable was for its flexibility and size. Other cables I have used are so bulky that they move the projector around when I move the laptop, and the connecting heads are just ginormous on some, getting in the way with a lot on things sitting next to the laptop.

The Good:
This cable promised to solve issues other cables have with size and flexibility, and I would say that it has! Its smaller form factor and slimmer cable really do cut down on the bulk. No more moving the projector when I move my laptop.
I love the aluminum connectors, they really do give a nice look a solid build feel to the cable.
The strain relief seems to be good, but I would be careful of bending the cable too much. It is flexible and can be bent very sharp, but this is usually never good on a cable.

As far as the data rate, 4K, UHD, Ethernet, etc. claims, I cannot speak to them. I have only ever used it connected to a 720p projector and nothing else. As for my setup, the picture has been great, so I have no complaints.

The So-So:
Just one thing to mention. In my opinion there are several different kinds of "flexible" for instance you could have an audio-microphone-cable type of flexible, where the cable may be large, but it can be bent rather sharply and has virtually no memory. It lays perfectly flat on the floor and doesn't "float up" when coiled. Or you could have a small steel-braided-cable type of flexible, where it is really small, can be bent sharply, but tends to have more of a memory and when coiled in a pile, tends to "float up", or move around to find an equilibrium. In my opinion this cable tends to have more of a small steel-braided-cable type of flexibility. It doesn't lay completely flat on on the floor or table. But, in comparison to any other HDMI cable I have used, this is by far the most user-friendly as far as flexibility and size are concerned.

This cable was actually bought for my step son for Christmas for a monitor that we purchased for his computer. Turns out, the monitor included an HDMI cable, and I received an AppleTV without one. So it sort of worked out perfectly. Anyways, this cable is really nice and flexible, has a plastic-like nylonish exterior protection, that's woven. It's really nice, not too long and it can be coiled, zip tied, and tucked away nicely behind a TV/wall, etc. Very easy to manage and works flawlessly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, affordable, and practical HDMI cable. Btw, all of these cables have to meet standards, so the Monster cables and other "high end" brands are a complete waste of money and do not offer anything superior...save yourself the time and money and just grab one of these. When it comes to a home theatre setup it needs to be clean looking. Otherwise it ruins the whole look and feel of the setup. Who wants to look at a bunch of wires under their TV? That is where these Sanus cables came in and boy do they do the job. The cables themselves are super thin and durable. They do not feel like they would break if bent tightly. The braiding on the cable is also top notch. It doesn't feel as though it will fall apart. But by far the best thing about these cables is the quality and size of the connector. Gold plated, metal body, SMALL! These cables look so sleek in a setup and you will have no clearance issues with your HDMI ports. Replacing a bunch of old NXG Sapphire cables that were over 6mm thick opened up so much room and removed so much bulk in my AV setup. Another big selling point is that for people with new TV's looking to take advantage of HDMI 2.0 these are one of the few options you have, at least on amazon. I could not another HDMI 2.0 cable this thin and this well built on here. These cables are a major, major go. I will say that the one downside is that they don't come in any other lengths so if you need something beyond 4ft then you are out of luck unfortunately.

4K Resolution Problem:
Its somewhat unstable at 4K resolution nor it has the sharp clarity. occasional screen distortion or screen blanking

General use is fine at 1920x1080:
Surveillance/Intel NUC Server running at 1920x1080
Friendlyelec Nanopi R5S 1920x1080
Any small devices that has port obstruction by neighboring ports, this is ideal for that perfect tight fitment.

Summary:

I bought a bunch of slim, braided cables to connect my devices in a self contained media cabinet with conduits for passing cables. Because I had to put four HDMI cables plus a power cord through one conduit about 5-6cm diameter, I a) needed cables I wouldn't have to pull again and b) wanted them to be as easy to pull as possible.

These cables did the trick. The ends are compact so can handle corners and bends well, and the braided outer layer slides smoothly compared to the typical plastic/rubber coated cables you see out there.

The previous cables I had could not carry a 4k60 4:4:4 signal from my NUC without flickering/cutting out to black, so I had to settle with chroma subsampling and the colour aliasing that comes with that. These cables work perfectly at 4:4:4 so that's no longer an issue.

Similarly, with an Nvidia Shield TV, my older cables would struggle to bitstream while showing HDR material and would fall back to stereo PCM. Now bitstreaming works perfectly. I can't explain why the audio would be the issue given the bandwidth is pretty much all video driven, but changing the cable definitely made a difference!

Slim connector and great clarity as far as I can tell. The cord is slim as well. It's not flexible like your mouse cord would be, but it is nice and bendy. The plastic shrouding around the cable is kind of "catchy" but it's nothing to worry about. I bought a bunch of these. Everything looks and manages easier now, rather than some of these massive chunkers that I own.
