The piercings ARE small, but no smaller than average. The balls ARE a little bit hard to handle but no more so than any other piercing, the sphere is an awkward shape to screw in no matter which way you twist it so don't hold that against this product.

I WOULD clean them as soon as you get them. They just come in a tiny little baggy so you have no idea what kind of grub could be on them, so don't be stupid about it.

My overall reaction is that these are good for what you pay for them. If you're expecting some triple deluxe ring that will last 300 years this isn't the product for you. They're a good price for just something to put in your lip, they also arrived on time.
