I really like the dress. It’s very beautiful. The top/halter is large but I am getting that altered. The downside was actually the shipping. It came quick enough but it came in a very small bag and my dress has some really bad wrinkles. My suggestion for Chady would be to start using boxes instead of small bags to ship things like that in. All in all I love the dress.

The entire process, from start to finish, was very smooth. Someone contacted me within 12 hours of placing the order inquiry and we actively communicated, through email, to get the order just right. I was looking for a few alterations and they provided every single thing. I told her my exact measurements and the only thing that needed to be taken in was the halter top. I felt a little nervous about making the payment through PayPal but PayPal & Amazon both backed Chandy. The transaction went through smoothly and I got the dress earlier than expected. It was also shipped through DHL. Their communication was wonderful as well. They emailed me a sent me text updates as the dress was on its way. The driver also called me while he was waiting on my porch so he could get a signature. I was so excited to finally try my dress on! This dress is absolutely perfect! The quality of material is great and the embroidery is beautiful! The lace isn’t tied up correctly in the picture and I requested that the diamonds in the back be white. I have already recommended Chandy to my friends who are also engaged. Thank you so much for making this so easy and perfect!
