1)In a stand up mixer, mix all ingredients together. 2)Pre heat oven to 180C. 3)Prepare size and shape. 4)Pour mixture into the moulds. 5)Bake for 20 minutes around, until lightly golden brown and a toothpick or skewer comes out clean. 6)Remove from oven and allow to fully cool. 7)But while the cake is still hot/warm, in a sauce pan over medium heat on the stove, combine ingredients for orange syrup; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. 8)With a large toothpick or skewer, poke several holes throughout the cake and pour the orange syrup all over the cake. 9)Enjoy!
Notes
Hint and Tip: Should you wish to make this cake healthier, feel free to substitute xylitol for sugar in the same amounts.

Make sure that the silicone cake mold is completely dry before each use and before storage. 2. In order to make the baking products show a best baking effect, pls spray a small amount of anti-stick pan oil on the layer of silica gel. 3. Silicone cake mold can only be used for oven and microwave oven, can't be used directly on the gas or electricity, or used directly above the heating plate or barbecue. 4. After the oven should not immediately rinse with cold water to extend the service life!

I ordered three packages (4 pieces each), planning on keeping one and giving the other two as a gift. I expected to receive the silicone molds in a nice package as shown in the photos, instead they were in a plastic bag with a small white sticker on the front with a bar code. Nothing else, no care instructions, ideas for use, nothing. No way to verify this is not a cheap knockoff. Definitely not presentable as a gift. One of the four silicon strips was defective, the silicon was still attached in the notches where the tabs are supposed to snap in to make a shape. I've attached a photo showing what I mean. Another one has a black mark that won't wash off. Returning one package with those two molds. On a positive note, made some heart-shaped cakes with the others, they worked as described and I will keep them.

this is one of the best inventions ever!!! I'm addicted to silicon baking pans and this one is definitely my favorite! love it, y'all should absolutely get it - it makes life so much easier
I wasn't sure what type of mold that I wanted to get, so I decided to try the Jinsey Nonstick Cake Mold. After receiving it, I noticed that it could also be used as a springform pan. I have been wanting one of those even more, so I was delightly happy when I made my very first Apfelkuchen (German Apple Cake). I wasn't sure how things were going to turn out, so I made the cake in a disposable cake pan just in case it leaked or some other disaster happened. Luckily I had no issues at all. I sprayed the bottom of the pan with nonstick cooking spray. I mixed up the batter and poured it in. I had to press down the apples on top of the batter so that the apples would cook inside the cake.. I was estatic to see that my pressure didn't cause the cake to leak through the seams or from the bottom. It really turned out nicely. I especially liked how the sides browned and crisped up like it was supposed to. The only thing I didn't care for is that it would be a little difficult to keep the shape of letters or even the heart without a clamp of some type.

Doubles nicely as a springform pan.
