Okay, so everything that's supposed to be included is included. So yes, it's complete and more or less as advertised.

But when use this tool next to other rotary tools from the hardware store, the difference in robustness, quality, and power could not be more obvious. I was thinking that for half the price you might get 80% of the performance and durability, and that would be great.

Intsead, it's something more like for half the price you get 20% of the performance and durability, and as a result, it's not actually such a great deal. If I had to make a recommendation, I'd say pay double at the hardware store and get 4x the tool.

Good little rotary tool. All sorts of bits and accessories. Bought this to drill a small hole in glass. Did what I needed it to. Only thing I wish it had was a speed adjustment. There is only an on/off switch. No way to adjust the speed of the drill. But for less than 20 bucks it was well worth it.

Drillbit does not stay locked all the time

It’s nice and light weight I like that about it but it does not stay on lock in place so if the drillbit comes out sometimes it locks just fine and sometimes it does not it very annoying definitely would not purchase this again

This product is definitely worth the money. I’ve had this product for about 2 years and I finally had to replace it. The only reason I had to replace it is because the cord started shorting out at the end where the rotary tool connects. If they found a way to improve on the cording while maintaining the price. This product would keep pushing.
