Came apart after short use
We got these and used them for approximately 1.25 hours for a indoor water park day. By the time the hour was up, my kid was walking around with the shoe that had come apart. The sole separated. I dont know if this was a defect maybe as I ordered them for my younger son as well and his held up just fine and we will be able to take these to the ocean. But Im disappointed in the big kid shoes. They fit as expected, didnt rub, were tight that they didnt fall off, no blisters but they just came apart after such a short use.

My 5-year-old wore them daily in a chlorine pool, and they did a great job protecting his toes from the gunite. The shoes have come apart and are no longer useable. I would not waste my money on these again.

I got these for my 9 year old to wear at the pool to avoid the cracked-skin-on-the-bottom-of-the-big-toes that inevitably happens every summer. They held up okay for a few wearings, but in under 10 trips to the pool, the insert is falling out of one. They're difficult to get on, so this insert sliding around makes it even more difficult. They will do the job for this summer, hopefully, but I won't be buying them again for next summer!

Bought for my son (5) for our trip to Hawaii. He tried them on and said "Mom, these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! I could wear them all day if they looked nicer." I thought that was funny.
I posted that they were somewhat small only because I was hoping they were going to have a little extra room so he could get extended use out of them, but I'm pretty sure they will only fit him through the summer. They fit him exactly right now. That being said, I haven't had his foot measured lately. If his feet grew recently, I will come back and update my review.
