required adjusting of the stepper motors which means taking the power box apart and adjusting small dials on the board, if not adjusted you will experience major over stepping which will result in layer shifting. Also one of axis for the Z-axis was missing a bearing on the top of the frame. Terrible printer, DO NOT BUY unless you want to spend hours adjusting and tuning.
