My daughter is 23 inches long & weighs 11 lbs. She's 50th percentile for height and 35th for weight. I bought a 6-12 month and it fits. This runs small, but its' absolutely beautiful. Her big day is coming up & I'm confident that I purchased the right size. I've included a picture of her trying it on (note: I put it on over her onesie & didn't tie the sash).

I am in the Philippines now and had my sister send this dress to me for my granddaughter to wear at her baptism. We just received it and was surprised to see a different dress! The post said raw silk and the one that I received is made of cotton! Paid almost $100 for nothing! How do I return this? Would still like to get the dress I originally purchased. Please advise.
