Revision on 8-17-16: I have received my medium size replacement and it fits much better and great for work as well. I might consider buying other colors. Zipper is also working fine, too.
OK, currently I am rating this dress as 3-stars because it feels very small at the top. I actually have small chest and bought a small. When you wear a bra, it feels impossible to move. But the dress is nice. I am returning it now to replace it with a medium size. Also the side zipper is extremely hard to pull up or down. Even if I wasn't in the dress it was hard. So I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt and will review it again after I get my replacement dress in size medium. If you are considering this dress, be mindful that the top is relatively small, and leave some room to breathe. :)
