WOW! I have been shopping for a sapphire ring for 3 months now. I have bought and returned 6 rings (ranging from $50 to $800) trying to find the one I wanted. I decided I wanted a ring with the channel set stones and was ready to order from a local jeweler for $1800. I saw this one and thought I would give it a try. This is exactly what I wanted. The white sapphires sparkle like crazy. The blue sapphire is dark enough that it looks real but not so dark that it looks black. At this price I will be comfortable wearing it more often. I am usually a size 4 3/4 but the smallest I could order was 5 and it is perfect. I received it 4 days after I placed the order!!!

I initially was disappointed with the ring. The center stone is almost black. Even under direct sunlight it shows only faint traces of blue sparkle. That's how most genuine sapphires are-I only wish this lab one will be slightly more blue. After the second look the ring is very well made. The setting is quite attractive and the band is of good weight.
