I love this product.
The expression "feeling liverish," which means that one is not feeling quite right overall, mentions the liver for a reason. If the liver is not functioning well, neither is the rest of the body. Once i started taking care of mine, I realized just how true this is. My whole system seems to function better when I use this, and very noticeably.
There are noticeable, positive effects when I use it vs when I don't. The gut is emerging to be one of the most important organs in the body and the liver is crucial to keeping the gut running like a well-oiled machine. I became a firm believer of this when I read a book called Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body's Most Underrated Organ several years ago, and I have only seen the idea pick up more and more steam, owing to more and more research being done in this area.
I am on my third bottle and think it's one of the best health products I've ever used..
