I don’t know what people are complaining about. When you’re putting up a light in the laundry room like I am you want it to be simple. You don’t want some heavy fixture so the lighter the better. This item is actually beautiful, it’s designed perfectly for its function and it does not look cheap. Yes it’s silver paint around the perimeter but it’s beautiful just like metal without for weight. They’re very shiny and precise with sharp edges and it looks nice. The diffuser looks great with the light showing through it there’s no dark areas it’s quite bright and put out a beautiful modern white. Best of all installs easy and just pushing of the wires was a simple as can be. I just used some sheet rock screws to put it up, couldn’t have been easier. Now time will tell if the LEDs them selves or quality a while last years. I hope so and if that’s the case I would give eight stars! It looks simple and water and at the super bright in my laundry room. I’m really happy I decided on putting this product in.
