I received my A&D UC-350BLE multiple user scale and so far very happy and impressed. I downloaded the app and it connected to my iPhone 7 within seconds. The weight seems to be on par as I was using the Withing ws-50 scale and had the Withings Body Cardio ( I got rid of the Body Cardio, too finicky). I also purchased the A&D UA-651BLE blood pressure monitor and really like having all the information viewable in the app. Wish A&D had a desktop app like Withings. For me this was a good purchase as I don't need/want all the other things i.e. heart rate, bone mass and such. I'm using the Skulpt Chisel to monitor my body fat. All this information is shared with Apple Health, great!

Replaced batteries, reinstalled app, and resynced via Bluetooth with no luck.
Support might replace but for the price its not worth my time.

This is the same model scale that was used at a health retreat I went to recently to weigh all of the clients. It's a really great value at this price. When I received it the included batteries were dead, probably because it had sat in the warehouse for a long time. I would have taken one star off for the dead batteries but then I had to add it back because it such a good value. It seems to be very accurate, when I reweigh myself several times in a row I always get the same reading to within 2/10 of a pound.

After a couple years of living with this scale I can no longer recommend it. First, the Bluetooth radio totally ceased communicating with my phone after a couple months. Obviously that feature is still in the beta test phase. Then about six months ago the electronic circuitry embedded in the phone began going insane, randomly illuminating the display for up to a minute at a time, and consequently draining the batteries pretty quickly. At night the display is bright enough to read by, so if you're lucky it will illuminate your way to the bathroom. If you're insomniac you can curl up next to the scale and read yourself to sleep. After a few weeks of this I gave up on the A&D scale and ordered another scale recommended by a reputable consumer magazine. As far as I know the S&D scale is lighting up the night sky at the local land fill.

Buy at your own risk.

I've had this less than an hour and it's touch and go. First, it arrived with 4 dead batteries, so I had to scrounge up replacements. Then, even though my phone was sitting ON the scale, it gave me an E1 (no connection) twice. After looking closely at the app on my phone I noted that I had misspelled my name, so tried to correct that but even though the app said it was updated it didn't. When setting up the app it wants your date of birth. However, the year defaults to 1969, and if you just happen to be born before or after then, you have to scroll month by month to your birth year and month. There appears to be no way to select the year or month directly. Now that everything is working, I can scarcely wait to weigh myself to see what else will crop up.
