The quality flow from Quality Filters uses a proprietary media to create a dynamically different filter. This durable filter is cost-effective, has the lowest pressure drop on the market, and lasts longer than standard filters while meeting leed standards. Quality flow extreme filters last twice as long as typical 12” rigid filters and have 45% lower pressure drop. The benefit is tremendous energy savings and lower product cost over time. Landfill and labor savings are also a benefit. Quality flow extreme filters are similar in construction to our 12” and 6” deep quality cell filters, yet they have the extreme performance quality flow media that makes the difference. Quality flow extreme filters are perfect for leed “Green” applications or to replace any 12” or 6” deep rigid filter or “V” bank filter. Quality flow extreme filters are designed to handle high airflow and provide low pressure drop. Quality flow extreme filters utilize a durable frame and media that stand up to turbulence and abrasion that typical medias cannot withstand. Quality flow extreme filters make great replacements for any 6” and 12” deep high efficiency rigid filters, and 8 panel v-cells by reducing energy costs, while providing high dust holding and long filter life.
