Options - This romper can be made with short or long sleeves and short or long pants. Also, navy blue ribbon could be used instead of the white ribbon trim.

I have fashioned this little sailor romper in a classic style reminiscent of the 1940s or 50s. It is all white and ready for baby's Christening. Made from Spechler-Vogel's luxurious cotton blend Imperial Broadcloth, it features a large sailor collar trimmed in the tiniest white grosgrain ribbon. Small white buttons fasten the leg openings for easy diaper change. There are also buttons down the back. The long sleeves feature a cuff that does not button, making it easier for Mom. It is trimmed with 2 rows of ribbon to emphasize the sailor theme.

Inside, the pants are french seamed and the bodice is fully lined, enclosing all the seams between the layers even at the armholes so there is nothing itchy against baby's skin. It may be machine washed and dried at low settings. All my baby fabrics have been washed in baby soap to protect delicate skin and are ready to wear.

The little blue bunny is only a photo prop and does not come with the outfit.
