I took the advice here and ordered a size up. I normally wear a Large. I am 5'9", 195, and about 14% body fat. I am just getting abs and wanted the shirt to fit like in the picture but the XL was way too large. A large may be as well. Because people of the same weight can vary in size greatly depending on body fat percentage, I feel a waist measurement would be much more useful.
However, the shirt looked VERY well made. It was ribbed, which I really liked, and the hood is over sized which I great for working out. I prefer large hoods to block out distractions and to be able to fit over my headphones. O have been looking for a shirt just like this one for at least 2 months and even though the one I oredered was the wrong size, I am still excited about the shirt. I definetly am reordering this shirt in a Large with the expectation that it may still be too large and I may need a medium, but once I find my size, I will probably order 3 or 4 in different colors!
