Nice overall fit in the vehicle, especially on the driver side (GM's "pegs" to hold the mat in place, etc.), BUT GM could have made the front seat mats go "up" along the firewall. Put another way, the front seat mats should be longer. For winter driving, these will do a nice job of capturing snow & mud on the "heel," but the "toe" will drip onto the carpet. The passenger seat will be worse, as the passenger will be more likely to stretch out a bit, so their feet will be firmly AND wetly planted on the carpet rather than on the mat. Aftermarket mats will be the way to go when it comes time to replace these. Sure, I'll have to trim a bit, and the damage will already be done over the years, BUT live and learn...

These feel like well-made, sturdy mats. I've only owned them for a few months, so time will tell. But so far I'm pleased with the protection my carpets are getting.
I will mention though that the front ones are not as big as I expected. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic given the structure of the car and the thickness of the weather mat, but I wanted something that would cover every area that my feet normally go to. But I've had to restrict my movement a bit so as to stay within the protection of the weather mat. Anyway, this is just a wish.

These mats look great in our vehicle and are the grooves are good at collecting and holding onto the dirt (we live on a dirt road so LOTS of dirt). The only reason for 4 stars is because of the lack of the “dead pedal” coverage. I see no excuse for Chevy to leave this exposed from a manufacturing perspective or from their mats. I had to buy a $4 stair tread from Harbor Freight and some Velcro and fashion my own. No excuse.
