I wish I could say I like this product, but I have to be honest. I read so many great reviews, I was excited to give it a try. It was too thick and dense. I couldn't dissolve it with by stirring with a spoon; so I put it in a shaker. Still no luck. So I put it in my Bullet. It never felt smooth. It has a thick texture. I would love to have it as an item I enjoy, but I don't. Oh well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I like the taste even though it was not the greatest. I did not like the gritty messy residue it left behind. Inside the cup it looked like mud. In my stomach is did not settle nicely. It sat there like a lump. It wasn't that bad but bad enough not to continue using it.
The product did exactly what was advertised. My girlfriend noticed her skin and hair both improved and felt smooth. I felt the all day energy. Another thing I noticed was my vision seemed to improve, especially at night. So far so good I have ordered 3 more cans. Look forward to seeing what the future results bring.
