I haven't owned a pair of shoes that lasted for longer than 4-5 months of everyday use in probably 20 years, and I finally threw these out after a year and a half, looking none the worse for wear from when I purchased them, because my girlfriend gave me a new pair of shoes in a color that she liked better. Far and away the most durable pair of shoes I've ever owned that weren't work boots.
Was not expecting this shoe to be quite narrow at the front with lots of extra toe room- about an inch and a half. Comfortable at first but now the tip is just dirty and damaged from very little use.
I wear size 12 Timberland boots so I bought these in 12 first. They were way too long. I didn't even bother with 11.5 and went right to 11 the second time. The 11's fit great.
