A Favorite for My Oily Combo Skin
Previously I would use makeup remover cloths right before bed to remove my makeup, but it started really aggravating my eyelids when removing mascara because your eyes aren't really meant to be rubbed with materials. I found that as an excuse to replace my current skincare step with yet another Korean skincare item so I jumped at the chance to buy this.Right off the bat, it cleans really gently and my skin has thanked me for it immensely. But I really do recommend double cleansing with another foam or gel cleanser because chances are, you're still going to find makeup on your toner pad afterwards.I love how the cleanser just melts onto your skin and peels aways any and all water proof and smudge proof makeup. I didn't even think of how much it would end up helping me with my lipsticks! This has become an item that I will definitely have to continue repurchasing. My only complaint, and reason for a star deduction, is that it easily gets into your eyes (don't worry, you won't feel a thing) and makes your vision blurry from being coated. It does go away momentarily, and you can help it along by rinsing your eyes too so it's not really a big deal... But it does affect my contact lenses a bit longer than it does my bare eyeballs and it's just an annoyance I wish I could go without. It's not really a deal breaker for me but still... A bit of an inconvenience.NOTE: I have seen reviews here about people not having spatulas with their item. You need to open up your product by removing the lid, and then look underneath the lid. It should be stuck in there along with a removable plastic tub cover. If it is not, you likely have a pre-opened item or a fake, because these are aaaaall supposed to come with spatulas.
